The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. . G6 _- N5 k J/ R9 @

Job Responsibilities:
. r" K$ Q4 _+ R9 u: x- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
3 ]: V- }- T0 H5 ]) v6 D- m+ u2 s- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. " c* Z1 i% F' L3 P* G8 [9 E! t
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 6 ~- E! L0 Z* ?2 o# p- X
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk 0 u$ ~; ?; l/ ~) ^, t; U% f
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. # }' N: d" ~7 \/ S- d* }, ~/ b
- Maintain daily production records. * d+ U. b. g$ J# K- @
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
