7 S$ f6 F! q0 o' F9 l5 l( A  Growing business is looking for parts quote person with some bookkeeping responsibility.
, r/ b  D+ `0 V- Q5 v   Job Responsibility:
- Look up parts in their in house computer system, and quote and process the sale of the parts to the customers.
8 w  R8 U  @5 F5 }  W1 j/ ?) Y* Y- Provides service to customers either via telephone or in walk in person.
: ?1 c/ Z: i. h8 x" r9 S& R- Prepare invoices and order for driver to deliver. Daily invoice bookkeeping at EOB.
- Assist operation at request.
You must have:
- A Strong Auto Parts Background.
3 M$ ^# Y7 M# T* D1 d% D$ Q- Strong Knowledge of Computer Systems
- Be able to deal with Customers on a day to day basis
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and to work under tight deadlines.
