A0 u. B6 U- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies - Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely ) ^- w! U% Y4 C, |0 N4 }- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger + L2 i  V) N1 m* N4 s" Q6 x$ }- Other duties as assigned , I8 O.
