·Ensures responsive first line system support for: Internal Banking applications for Financial Planning, Commercial Account Manager, Equipment Financing Specialist, Group Consultant, Private Banking and International Private Banking Portfolio Tracking & Compensation System, Referrals Database
" }3 r0 V; F; i) W5 ^" E·Develops backend data management processes using a variety of programming techniques /software which may include SQL, C#, stored procedures, scripting languages.
- ]. E6 H) a4 a! N/ N1 r% ~- W·Provides technical support to business partners on new initiatives which vary in scope and complexity.
·Assesses, researches, and analyzes stakeholders’ system needs, and translates and documents needs into technical requirements.Identifies, tracks, and resolves business systems issues.
