( q5 M3 f) x. M, [* p0 Z5 E- Proactively seek opportunities to engage in customer focused home financing conversations, with a goal of bringing new customers to BMO
0 m" L5 u/ i  }  j6 y* a( A+ n8 C- Establish and enhance BMO’s presence in the community
- Identify leading-edge tactics to generate leads and build a pipeline of mortgage business
$ N6 G* {/ w: u( I2 T. V- Proactively contact realtors/referral sources identified through the creation of national partnerships and/or create local partnerships
  i5 d2 ?8 X& z2 I. y4 R, K- Receive dedicated coaching, leadership support and a lending coach
- Receive credit approval team and credit escalation team support
