Material Planner

·
Previous experience with MRP/ERP applications.

·
Proactively plan and procure both direct and indirect materials in support of daily production

·
Proactively identify, resolve and communicate potential supply concerns with supplier(s) and Company personnel as required.

·
Identify, implement and maintain effective / cost efficient transportation lanes for supplier base.

·
$ o2 s: }8 z! ~5 `' M) W) GPurchase Order generation and maintenance.

·
Routinely conduct market surveys through the Request for Quote (RFQ) process.

·
Assist with identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

·
Assist with inventory reconciliation efforts as required.

·
Demonstrate a solid understanding of TS/ISO processes.

·
Demonstrate a solid understanding of MS applications in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.

·
A minimum of four (4) years direct Material Planner / Scheduler experience and/or
0 l. I2 g5 M1 ~% Frelated post-secondary education

·
8 c( t$ Z& }6 @; b" K; F( APreference will be given to candidates who possess Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent post-secondary education

·
Fluent Mardarin & English writing and speaking
